We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Big Box Retail Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our presence within the big box retail sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of success in selling to major retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at big box retail chains.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the big box retail sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored sales strategies and promotional initiatives.
  • Conduct product presentations and negotiate terms to secure contracts with big box retailers.
  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Represent our company at industry events and trade shows as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on selling to big box retailers.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Base salary: $80,000 per year
  • Commission structure: Additional commissions based on sales performance, with a potential first-year total compensation of up to $120,000 or more.
