Controller

• Oversee the month-end close process to ensure financial data accuracy and timely reporting.
• Ensure all general ledger transactions are properly documented.
• Manage the preparation and distribution of monthly financial reports.
• Work with external accountants on audits and compliance documents
• Assist in annual budgeting, prepare schedules, and lead periodic forecasting.
• Collaborate with department budget owners, providing training and support to ensure budget accuracy.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, focusing on internal controls, continuous improvement, and development.
• Oversee accounting and finance operations for the organization's global offices.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required.
• 7+ years of experience in nonprofit financial management, with 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience in nonprofit organizations
• Background in public accounting is a plus.
