Veterinary Client Service Representative - Night Shift

The Position : We're looking for an experienced Client Service Representative; veterinary CSR experience is preferred but not required.

• Night Shift - 4pm - 2am
• As a 24/7 hospital, we are open on weekends and holidays. All CSRs will be required to rotate holiday coverage.

Requirements:

• High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
• Proficient with computers.
• Experience in customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Emotional intelligence, self and social awareness

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and patients as they enter the hospital
• Answer multi-line telephone
• Check patients in as they arrive
• Notify technicians when patients have arrived
• Secure all documents prior to the arrival of patients for scheduled appointments
• Scan and save documents according to protocols
• Input patient and client information correctly into the electronic medical record
• Other duties as assigned.
