Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What Your Day-to-day Will Be Like
- Work across Technology domains to capture workstream status and risks.
- Manage identified risks and remove barriers to ensure program activities stay on track.
- Prepare leadership status updates on overall progress across Technology.
- Partner with Product Program Managers to provide updates on Technology workstreams and represent Technology on recurring program calls.
- Work with Technology workstream leads to create a single view of Technology's progress and ensure any risks or obstacles are identified and addressed.
- Complex, cross-functional initiatives that require coordination across multiple Technology workstreams, including MarTech, Inventory, Hilton for Business, and Partnerships.
You Have These Minimum Qualifications
- Five (5) years of professional experience in Technology or a related field
- Five (5) years of work experience in project or program management
- Experience working in corporate enterprise environments
- Travel up to 20%
- Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
- Seven (7)+ years of professional experience in Technology or a related field
- Experience with common project management and delivery tools (MS Project, AirTable, SmartSheet, Jira, Confluence)
- Hospitality experience
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
