This role of a BDC Customer Care Specialist is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a dynamic and customer-focused environment. RESPONSIBILITIES

As a BDC Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and following up with potential customer leads received via internet, phone, and visits to the dealership. Your outstanding customer service skills will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with former customers
  • Monitoring and contacting internet leads
  • Determining each customer's vehicle needs through active listening
  • Learning, understanding, and following call and email scripts
  • Setting, confirming, and following up on appointments for sales and service
  • Performing surveys with customers
  • Completing other duties as required

REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Prior experience in a BDC center or call center is preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency is a bonus
  • Excellent multi-tasking and teamwork abilities
  • Strong customer service and active listening skills
