Position Overview:
HiTONE Fitness is seeking a highly motivated, sales-oriented Senior Club Ambassador to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, particularly over the phone, and will be responsible for managing all aspects of the new member sales process. This includes calling prospects, booking appointments, giving tours, and selling memberships. This role offers a base salary of $15 per hour, along with uncapped commission potential. Selling 20 Formlab memberships a month could earn you an additional $980 in commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire new member sales process from initial contact to membership sign-up.
- Call prospects and schedule appointments for tours and consultations.
- Conduct tours for scheduled appointments and walk-ins, highlighting the benefits and features of HiTONE Fitness.
- Sell memberships and fitness packages to prospective members.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and member interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to all potential and current members.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a fitness or related industry.
- Strong phone sales skills and experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of motivation and a sales-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
