As a Fixed Utility Financial Analyst Trainee within the PUC's Bureau of Technical Utility Services (TUS), you will assist experienced analysts in reviewing financial data submitted by regulated utilities for a variety of transactions. You will also assist in the preparation of complex analyses and prepare written reports, detailing conclusions and recommendations resulting from financial review.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. You will be required to report to the headquarters worksite daily, unless eligibility requirements have been met and telework has been approved. Management may discontinue any telework arrangement at any time, for any reason. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

To be eligible to participate in telework, the employee's alternate (telework) worksite must be located within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and within a reasonable travel distance of Harrisburg.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree with major course work in accounting, economics, finance, or business administration, which included or is supplemented by 15 credit hours in finance related coursework.
- Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within 3 months of graduating with a qualifying degree.
Other Requirements:
