The Office Manager will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the smooth running of our firm on a day-to-day basis. The successful candidate will not only fulfill traditional duties but also take on a vital role in upholding our office's efficiency, marketing efforts, and HR procedures. We are looking for someone proactive, highly organized, and ready to be a key part of a team that makes a real difference in our clients' lives. Responsibilities: • Streamline office systems including organizing filing systems, ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment, scheduling team member meetings, and optimizing the organizational budget • Facilitate office policies and procedures, ensuring they meet our organization’s standards • Execute other office administration and human resources tasks as assigned • Maintain front-facing relationships with customers, contractors, service providers, and vendors • Oversee our day-to-day operations and perform secretarial duties Qualifications: • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably within a law firm or professional service environment • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with clients and team members alike • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate the needs of the firm • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with legal management software Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000
