Client Care Coordinator
Job Description
The Position: In-clinic aesthetic sales, client care coordinator, and customer service representative. The responsibilities of this position revolve around creating a best-in-class experience by developing relationships with our clients and sharing expert product knowledge. You will be the first touchpoint for our clients to our brand and the ambassador for your location responsible for creating a positive, welcoming first impression. You have a passion for aesthetics and are a team player with impeccable service standards. CCC must be warm, engaging, and enthusiastic while displaying excellent communication skills in person and over the phone. A natural salesperson with an innate ability to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell. You are empathetic to client needs and concerns, skilled at analyzing and problem-solving, and are an efficient multi-tasker able to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously. You are well-organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter. Priority will be given to applicants with medical aesthetics, skincare, retail beauty, or hospitality experience. Compensation will be based upon the applicant's relevant skills and experience.
Qualifications :
- Two+ years medspa/aesthetic/beauty/cosmetic sales or hospitality experience
- Hustle and high energy interested in cultivating a positive team dynamic
- Confident with high integrity and a client-centric, can-do attitude
- Ability to effectively communicate to clients, peers, and management with proper etiquette
- Ability to be attentive to clients, putting clients first while remaining flexible to the needs of the business
- Ability to work as part of a team within your clinic and the region as a whole and take initiative independent of direct supervision
- Ability to be nimble and flexible easily as policies, protocols, and business needs evolve
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service and enhance the bottom line
- General knowledge of medspa treatments such as injectables: Botox/fillers, IV therapy, microneedling, etc. preferred but not required
- Comfortable assessing client needs and making proper treatment plan recommendations
- Comfortable and confident with various forms of client outreach
- Tech savvy and able to navigate multiple platforms fluently
- Professional demeanor, disposition, and appearance are a must
- Top producer with a track record of success
- Weekend availability is required
Responsibilities
Sales
- Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments and consultations, describe Kalologie treatments professionally and enthusiastically with an expert knowledge base
- Create client retention with education on additional products and services
- Expand sales with existing clients by introducing new products and services
- Close sales by creating a sense of credibility, credentialing, and overcoming objections
Client Services
- Maintain relationships with all new, current, and previous clients and build strong client rapport
- Opening and closing your location, assisting in preparing/turning over rooms as needed, managing front desk duties such as checking clients in/out while ensuring a positive and warm experience, and maintaining a clean and professional clinic always keeping surroundings clean – critical part of our aesthetic presentation
- General location maintenance such as restocking restrooms with towels, etc., assisting with any laundry needs, and making sure product shelf is always organized and dust-free
- Work collaboratively with providers to ensure premier client experience, future treatment plans, and existing patient follow-up
Support
- Anticipating and submitting location needs to maintain fully stocked supplies
- Product inventory on a weekly basis
- Execute various forms of daily outreach as directed by management
- Adhere to Kalologie policies and protocols
Expectations
- Attend, participate, and actively engage in all necessary training, education, and professional development as directed by management
- Attend and engage in regional and corporate meetings and zooms as scheduled by management
- Daily communication: manage all inbound/outbound client calls, texts, emails and web bookings, EOD email, and other needs as requested by management
- Daily sales, booking and outreach goals
- Daily treatment follow-up (working collaboratively with providers)
