Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to work with 4 new CNC live tool lathes with robot loading and unloading. (This is a Direct and onsite role.){sans-serif";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}Responsibilities:CNC programming of 3 or 4 axis lathes with live tools and Fanuc controllerDuties include programming set-up, production, and in process inspection of components from part drawings/blueprintsPerform and verify machine setups prior to manufacturingReact to out-of-control conditionsInspect manufactured parts and complete QC paperworkAssure quality and production requirements are met, as per blueprintsTroubleshoot tooling and programming problemsInteract with Supervisor to optimize productivity and eliminate downtimeTrain and assist new operators as necessaryBore Jaws for new partsParticipate in LEAN manufacturing activities as required.Ability to perform additional tasks as required by management.Skills:Proficiency in operating CNC machines with 5+ years of experienceExperience with Fanuc controllers and mastery of G-co
