Duties:
- Represent clients in trade receivables securitizations and other structured finance transactions.
- Structure, draft, review, and negotiate complex transaction documents related to securitizations and structured finance.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including analysis of trade receivables and other underlying financial assets.
- Develop and implement strategies for effective securitization and structured finance transactions.
- Collaborate with clients, financial institutions, and other parties to facilitate successful transaction outcomes.
- Stay informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices related to securitization and structured finance.
- Provide legal advice on structuring and executing complex securitization and finance transactions.
- Manage and mentor junior attorneys and support staff as needed.
- Assist in the development of innovative solutions for securitization and structured finance matters.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in structured finance and securitization, with a focus on lender-side private warehouse and trade receivables financings.
- Experience in capital markets is a plus.
- Strong academic credentials from a reputable law school.
- Proven ability to handle complex legal matters and transactions in securitization finance.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Strong client management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- High level of professionalism and commitment to client service.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
