Analyze business processes and practices to focus the design and implementation of information technology solutions that meet customer needs and business initiatives.
Collaborate on an ongoing basis with Programmer/Analysts.
Apply analytical skills within the functional area.
Consult frequently with technical and non-technical team members to ensure a complete understanding of their needs and concerns.
Create deliverables such as functional and technical requirements, use case scenarios, and process flows.
Assist in the execution and analysis of performance testing.
Ensure the product meets business and technical requirements as well as all company standards.
Create training manuals and facilitate training for system users.
Communicate effectively with all team members, project sponsors, and stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
Requirements:
Experience as a Technical Business Analyst (2+ years).
Experience writing requirements, use cases, and process flows.
Experience with the development and implementation of Identity Access Management systems (2-3 years).
Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
