Location: This position can be based anywhere in Australia, within driving distance of genU's operations.
Employment Status: Full-time preferred; open to 0.8 FTE.
Salary: $95,000 - $100,000 p.a. + 11.5% Super | Negotiable based on skills and experience.
Not-for-Profit Benefits: Salary packaging options up to $15,900 per annum each FBT year, plus additional meals and entertainment benefits up to $2,649 p.a.
Work Flexibility: Hybrid role with remote work options.
About the Role:
The Finance Business Partner will play a pivotal role in supporting financial operations and advising business leaders. Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising and Influencing: Provide expert financial advice to leaders, helping them make informed strategic decisions.
- Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with various business units to support financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Strategising and Innovating: Contribute to financial strategy development and support business units in achieving their financial goals.
- Delivering Financial Excellence: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis for decision-making.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, experience in partnering with business leaders, and a passion for supporting organisational success.
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
- Experience in financial management and business performance
- Strong understanding of financial systems and reporting
- Ability to communicate financial information effectively
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion or willingness to complete
- Understanding of risk management principles
