Director of Human Resources

Best Point Education & Behavioral Health is seeking an individual that provides professional Human Resources administration support and supervision on behalf of the organization in the areas of onboarding, policy compliance, recruitment/employment, HRIS and employment law compliance for record keeping and reporting purposes.

Minimum Education, Experience and Other Skill Requirements:
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (or equivalent combination of education and experience) plus a minimum of 5-7 years in a supervisory role. SPHR or PHR certification preferred. Supervisory expertise, computer proficiency, communication and good organizational skills.Must possess minimum technical skills including familiarity with Microsoft Windows and ability to use standard Microsoft Office applications.
