The Line Cook position at New Albany Country Club requires a talented individual who is passionate about food and dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking various dishes, ensuring both the quality and presentation meet the highest standards.
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $20 and up based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with the recipes and guidelines provided
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure food safety and sanitation regulations are followed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Assist with stocking ingredients and supplies as needed
Requirements
- Prior experience working as a Line Cook or in a similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and culinary terms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
