Your Team

This position will report to the COO and oversee the IT team.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our technology initiatives with a strong emphasis on contact center operations and cybersecurity. This leadership role will be responsible for driving innovation, ensuring the security of our systems, and optimizing the performance of our contact center technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with our contact center operations and cybersecurity goals.
  2. Contact Center Expertise: Oversee the management and optimization of contact center technologies, ensuring seamless customer interactions and operational efficiency.
  3. Cybersecurity Oversight: Lead efforts to protect our information systems from cyber threats by implementing robust security measures and best practices.
  4. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand technology needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  5. Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with technology vendors, ensuring that solutions meet our operational and security requirements.
  6. Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  7. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all IT systems comply with industry regulations and standards related to data security and privacy.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in IT leadership roles, particularly within contact center environments.
  2. Strong background in cybersecurity practices, including risk management and incident response.
  3. Demonstrated ability to implement and manage technology solutions that enhance customer experience and secure sensitive data.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  5. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
