• Full vaccination including a booster is mandatory. Booster compliance requires the receipt of a COVID-19 booster shot by March 1, 2022 if the primary COVID-19 vaccine series as completed before August 1, 2021. For those who completed their primary vaccine series on or after August 1, 2021, a COVID-19 booster must be received by June 30, 2022

This position requires the ability to properly collect specimens from patients of all age groups, by confirming patient ID, collecting specimens in proper tubes utilizing venipuncture/capillary techniques, and accurately labeling the specimens to ensure accurate patient results.
A knowledge of special procedures i.e. Lactic Acid, Legal Alcohol, Genetic testing, Pathology specimen preparation and specialty lab requests etc...is desired. This position requires self motivation and the ability to work within a team setting with little to no supervision. In addition great customer service is required with the ability to provide answers to broad technical questions, and directing others to appropriate resources. A strong team player with phlebotomy experience is desired.
Requirement description :

• 2+ years Current experience - Required
• In patient experience - Required
• Sunquest or EPIC experience - Highly Preferred
• Previous Travel experience - Preferred
