87ZERO by HPM is looking to hire a Senior Project Program Manager in Honolulu, Hawaii. The Senior Project Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of services and products for large projects, in the luxury to affordable markets. The scope of the projects will include cabinets, countertops, appliances, finish plumbing and electrical, flooring and specialty millwork and others. This role demands a high level of expertise in managing diverse project types, balancing high-end and cost-effective requirements, and leading cross-functional teams to meet both high standards of quality and budget constraints. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record, a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to navigate the complexities of managing different project scopes and stakeholder expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience managing luxury and affordable projects, with a track record of successful project delivery
- Valid driver's license required
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
- Advanced certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is preferred
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asama, Trello) and Microsoft Office
