**Remote Position**

JOB OVERVIEW:

This position is responsible for driving ecommerce sales on DentalPlans.com and convert site traffic into paying members. In addition, this professional, in collaboration with the creative & tech teams, will have responsibility for site features and functions (e.g., Savings Calculator) and help merchandise dental savings plans in a compelling fashion to prospective customers. The successful candidate will be an ecommerce expert and help execute the company's ecommerce growth strategy for all stages of the funnel (awareness, consideration, lead generation, conversion, retention), including advising on "playbooks" for each marketing channel to achieve consistent conversion rate improvements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive incremental revenue through DentalPlans.com website by improving site conversion rate
  • Manage and optimize storefront, landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), member area, and lead-generation tools (e.g., Savings Calculator) to improve lead capture, conversion, engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with marketing channel leads to optimize each conversion path
  • Be single point of contact for all A/B and multivariate testing, site personalization, features and functions
  • Develop ongoing website optimization strategy and oversee the process from start to finish, managing everything from ideation and execution to analysis and reporting
  • Work cross-functionally in hypothesis generation, test selection, test design, setting success/failure criteria, and rapid prototyping
  • Define and manage Ecommerce product roadmap by championing the customer and collaborating cross-functionally with customer acquisition, retention and creative teams
  • Develop keen understanding of the company's customers and their digital journeys and deliver contextually optimized and personalized experiences
  • Ensure an exceptional end-to-end shopping experience by using best practices in UI/UX, ecommerce merchandising and technologies
  • Partner with creative team, as well as tech/web development, on building and launching site features and functions
  • In close partnership with BI team, analyze quantitative data (web metrics, clickpath, plan selection, revenue trends, etc.) and qualitative data (surveys, screen recordings, etc.) to measure effectiveness of testing efforts and develop user insights
  • Assess current A/B testing tools and determine if changes need to be made to current suite
  • Develop plans to help ensure upcoming site replatform has the highest chance of success post-launch. Prepare for risk mitigation strategies as well.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Proven track record of generating ideas to consistently increase conversion rates (CVR) and average unit price (AUP)
  • Skilled in planning, designing and launching A/B tests and analyzing results
  • Expertise in UI/UX and landing page optimization
  • A "marketing mind" for high-converting copy, visuals, and web design
  • Hands on experience with different testing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, UserTesting.com, Optimizely/Visual Website Optimizer or similar tools
  • Experience with Session Cam, OptinMonster, Rigor, Spyfu, SemRush, AHREFS, RankMath, etc. would be a nice-to-have

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:

Typically 5+ years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience; 1 or more years of management experience.

PREFERRED EDUCATION:

Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus.

COMPENSATION:

The posted range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a 12.50% bonus not reflected in the posted range.
