As a Portal Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development team and ensuring the successful delivery of the project. Your day-to-day activities will include:

1. Leading the development team and ensuring timely delivery of the project.
2. Designing and developing scalable and high-performance applications using Spring Boot.
3. Strong Portal development knowledge using ReactJS.
4. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical guidance.
5. Ensuring adherence to coding standards, code reviews, and testing practices.
6. Providing technical support and troubleshooting for production issues.
