The Change Management function is part of Operations for MetLife Investment Management. (MIM). Change Management is responsible for planning and execution of key programs in MIM related to process, technology and people spanning across all MIM products and asset sectors.

The Change Management Lead is responsible for driving and managing change across MetLife Investment Management (MIM). MIM provides fixed income, private capital, and real estate investment solutions to institutional investors worldwide. Success in this role requires you to have an ownership mindset. The Change Management Lead is responsible for partnering with business and functional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and new initiatives to grow the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a detailed understanding of the end-to-end investment lifecycle of MIM products and asset classes, including – process, people, and technology.
  • Continuously improve and re-engineer workflows across the business, along with supporting operations, Client services, Sales, and Client relationship teams.
  • Partner with business and functional teams to identify operational pain points to formulate and implement process improvement solutions.
  • Continuously review processes to make improvements and optimize day-to-day activities for the MIM sub-LOBs.
  • Execute strategies to digitize data and processes for efficiency.

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

Required:

  • Excellent PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Data Analytics & Visualization, and Visio skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and interact directly with investment professionals.
  • Industry knowledge and experience supporting operations for Public Fixed Income, Private Credit and Alternative Investments.
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in management consulting, Strategy or Asset Management COO function.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience with planning, designing, and implementing business process improvements.
  • This role requires a dynamic, adaptive, and experienced professional who can work directly with business partners to drive efficiencies and support business needs.
