Job Overview:

We are seeking a junior to mid-level Data Analyst with a focus on Quality Assurance to join our BI/ETL team. This role involves manual testing of data processes and outputs, writing test cases, and developing test plans. The ideal candidate will have experience with SQL, Excel, and a solid understanding of data, ensuring the quality and accuracy of data flow and transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Develop and write comprehensive test cases and testing plans.
• Collaborate with the BI/ETL team to test data pipelines and workflows.
• Use SQL and Excel to validate data transformations and identify discrepancies.
• Apply a data-driven mindset, identifying potential issues and ensuring smooth data operations.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or data quality assurance.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Strong understanding of data testing and validation.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in a BI/ETL environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with data transformation processes and tools.
