Position: Lead Functional HCM Consultant - Oracle Fusion
Job Description:
As an Lead Functional HCM Consultant - Oracle Fusion for HCM, you will be at the forefront of driving efficiency and innovation. Your responsibilities will encompass both technical and functional aspects of Oracle Cloud Fusion (HCM). Here's what we're looking for:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and configure Oracle Fusion Cloud (HCM) modules to align with our unique business requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices and optimization within Oracle Cloud (HCM).
- Actively contribute to Oracle Fusion Cloud projects.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and solutions.
- Drive process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 10+ years in Oracle Cloud (HCM) with a focus on functional aspects.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations (HCM) in 2-3 Modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, Learning, OTL, Compensation (i.e., Hire to Retire/Payroll/Compensation).
- Familiar with the implementation process and able to provide technical and functional support to end-users.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Oracle certifications are a plus.
