Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end Solution Design, Architecture, Proof of Concepts, and best practices to integrate with client ecosystem and Cloud/infrastructure technologies.
- Serve as a Trusted Advisor within the program, drive conversations with Business Enablement Stakeholders and advise diverse teams, which include customer and partner resources in technical and functional delivery aspects at a program level.
- Be a partner with strategic thinking and driving next-generation Architecture on Cloud, AI, Micro Services, DevOps, etc.
- Troubleshoot key customer implementation issues and demonstrate the ability to drive to a successful resolution.
- Provide technical guidance to the scrum teams regarding development approach and help developers to troubleshoot/resolving issues.
- Identify technical debt/future improvement opportunities and proposing solutions.
- Support production releases and post-production incident resolutions.
- Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the solution architect community.
