Candidate will work on the FP&A Consolidation team. Role will include participating in consolidation of the Missiles & Fire Control level financial position for both plan and outlook. Requires direct support for MFC executive level summaries and presentations for Monthly CFO, Quarterly CSR, and Annual LRP, 10 Year Forecast and Key Investment reviews. Responsibilities include analysis of financials across the various Missiles & Fire Control Lines of Business and multiple sites.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Candidate will be responsible for financial tasks and assist with top level inquiries and data requests. Recommendations and presentations to senior leadership and the support of executive level ad hoc requests as well as special projects are required. In this role, data mining and data analysis will be used to highlight financial trends, make forward looking forecasting recommendations and identify potential concerns.
Basic Qualifications:
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy
- Understanding of MFC financial process as well as orders, sales, and EBIT forecasting
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strategic thinker and self-starter
Desired Skills:
- Experience working in Finance on MFC program
- Demonstrated problem solving ability (identifies problems and develop/implement solutions)
- Experience presenting to leadership
- Prior program finance cost management experience
- Ability to analyze and summarize top level financial impacts
- Experience with Horizon and Electronic Financial Systems (EFS) tool
- Experience with CSR preparation and knowledge of CSR requirements

- Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
- Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
- Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
