The Contract Conversion & Integration (CCI) team enables global order processing, invoicing, revenue reporting, revenue forecasting, and financial audit capabilities within AWS Professional Services (ProServe). The team is comprised of 25 professionals globally across these functions.

Our CCI team sits within the Global Operations Center and currently has team members spanning globally. You will be joining a tight-knit, collaborative group that cares about serving our customers and stakeholders.

In this role you will:

  1. Own and deliver all Project accounting for Professional Services within Amazon Web Services, Inc. ("AWS").
  2. Ensure complete and accurate project set up in project accounting system consistent with the contract statement of work.
  3. Be responsible for supporting our sellers with executing operationally sound and customer-obsessed engagements.
  4. Partner daily with cross-functional teams including Sales, Legal, Business Operations, Systems, Insights, and Finance.
  5. Develop reporting mechanisms, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
  6. Continuously review and optimize operational processes and seek opportunities to reduce transactional workload through deep dive and gap analysis.

Key job responsibilities:

  1. Own the setup for all Project accounting for Professional Services in the North America, Latin America, and Canada regions.
  2. Facilitate scoping meetings with subject-matter-experts and project leads.
  3. Coordinate, design, and deliver training materials and content for internal team members and stakeholders.
  4. Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve the organization by being a trusted advisor, facilitator, and creative problem solver.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of finance, business management, and sales operations experience.
1+ years contracting and government contracting experience.
Experience working within a high-growth, technology company.
