We are looking to speak with experienced private client associates to join our client’s growing Private Client practice in Chicago.
If you have current subchapter K (tax) experience/partnership agreements, this is an excellent opportunity to focus your practice on a broad range of estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxation matters.
You will advise clients on various proactive estate planning strategies, estate and trust administration, and business succession planning, as well as counsel clients on matters regarding private foundations, charitable transfers, and family governance.
The exposure of work is market-leading – from preparation, administration, and construction of wills and trusts, charitable gift planning, private trust companies, formation and operation of private foundations, formation and reorganization of closely held corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies (LLCs), to complex insurance planning, leveraged wealth transfer techniques, and family-owned business succession planning.
Annual salary: $295,000 – $370,000.
