**Job Description:**
- Provide quality nursing care to patients in a medical/surgical setting
- Perform IV insertions and phlebotomy with skill and precision
- Administer conscious sedation as required
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Maintain patient safety and confidentiality
