The Catering "Waiter" is responsible for the set-up, execution, and breakdown of events. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, adaptable, and able to work in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment. We ask our team members to maintain excellent attendance and availability to work events as scheduled per business needs.
Starting salary for this role is $25 per hour and can increase up to $40/ hour based on performance

Responsibilities
- Manage availability by updating your schedule to indicate times you can work events.
- Once accepted, do not cancel events and ensure punctuality for all events.
- Demonstrate excellence in guest service, interactions with co-workers, and compliance with uniform and grooming standards.
- Serve passed foods, beverages, or plated meals to guests, replenish food stations or bars, and attend to food stations, bars, buffets, or coat check with comprehensive knowledge of all items.
- Assist in unloading and loading equipment, products, or goods to and from event venues, capable of handling up to 50 pounds of weight.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in both event space and back-of-house areas.
- Uphold sanitation, health, and safety standards across all areas.
- Perform any standard duties or tasks assigned related to service setup, execution, and breakdown.
- One or more years of experience as a waiter in a fine dining, large scale dining facility or similar field preferred.
- Committed to offering exceptional hospitality.
- Detail-oriented with an ability to multitask.
- Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours.
- Desire to learn and grow in a professional working environment
