Location: RemoteReporting To: Sr. Director of Financial Services & Division PresidentStatus: Exempt, Full-TimeSalary: $80k - $85k DOE + opportunity to earn commission

EMPLOYEE OWNER POSITION PURPOSE:
As our Financial Services Coordinator, you are charged with providing support for our community's treasury, banking, and lending relationships. This includes helping communities identify opportunities to add value by taking advantage of our network of preferred financial partners' products and services. You will help guide communities and provide the necessary coordination between financial partners, managers, accounting staff, and various systems used to maintain records and manage financial transactions. This role requires energy and an innate drive to develop collaborative partnerships with your operational partners and external clients, ensuring superior client satisfaction through excellent customer service.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain association reserve bank accounts, including opening and closing of accounts as authorized by the association board of directors
- Facilitate updates to bank relationships and interest rates
- Manage notices of CDs, rate changes, and dormant accounts
- Managing bank documents including statements and signature cards
- Execute bank-to-bank transfers and related transactions
- Timely and diligent follow-up on uncompleted items or transactions
- Use all tools provided and instructed for tracking requests and monitoring progress.
- Ensure safe-keeping guidelines are followed for all checks and documents that contain confidential or sensitive information.
- Assist with special projects and research as instructed by the Sr. Director of Financial Services and HQ Leadership
- Follows quality system procedures.
- Ensure on-time completion of deliverables
- Work collaboratively with your team and individually.
- Adherence to service principle.
- Use of forms and procedures established by the company.
- Write correspondence to the standards established by the company.
- Maintain a continuous improvement mindset and proactively identify, review, and implement process improvement
- Define standards, policies, procedures, measures, and organizational enhancements to meet
- Become an expert in the accounting systems and practices of The Management Trust
- Train staff on systems, processes, and procedures
- Build strong internal, external, and cross-functional relationships
- Bachelor's degree with a primary focus in Marketing and/or General Business
- (3-5) years of work experience in an office or similarly professional environment
- Leadership experience is desired
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced deadline environment while managing multiple tasks
- Background partnering with leaders to make sound recommendations based on business need
- Strong MS Office skills (i.e. Excel), paired with comfort quickly mastering new software programs
- Ability to maintain confidence, confidentially, and composure during sometimes difficult or complex situations
- High degree of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ultimate professionalism, interpersonal, customer service, and teamwork skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and partner with internal and external clients of all levels
- Community Management industry or banking experience is a big plus
- Must have reliable transportation and be available for evenings and occasional weekend meetings at client locations
- Must be able to drive in the dark if required
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and driving record in compliance with Company policy
- Use standard office equipment, including a computer, phone, copier/scanner, etc.
- Be stationary for periods of time
- Relocate up to (25) pounds
- Travel to and from offsite locations
- Will be determined
- Monday-Friday from approx. 8:00 am-5:00 pm
- This position may require occasional long hours to meet business needs
