The Account Representative will be responsible for launching new accounts with brand owners, distributors, resellers, and independently owned businesses to list and sell products to business customers in the Amazon Business store. The ideal candidate will have experience in owning the complete sales cycle from pipeline development through closing the sale and post-close engagement.Our Sellers are our Customers, and we want you to bring a passion for their success to this role, with a focus on helping them launch effectively, steadily increase their business, and improve their experience selling with Amazon BusinessDevelop and execute a launch playbook for the scaled recruitment and growth of prioritized B2B selectionDevelop and manage launch plans in tandem with customer teams, category teams, OEMs/Brands, Distributors, Operations, Integration, Account Management, and Marketing teamsIdentify and build relationships with key influencers and decision makers within prospect targetsDrive seller performance improvements using targeted levers across selection, listing quality, pricing, and fulfillment.This in-office role can be based in one of the following locations: Seattle WA, Austin TX, Phoenix AZ.Basic Qualifications1+ years of professional or military experienceKnowledge of Microsoft Office products and applicationsExperience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companiesPreferred QualificationsExperience with pipeline management skills to include utilization of Salesforce or other CRM toolsExperience and track record of exceeding sales goalsAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $43,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $92,600/year in our highest geographic market.
