Travel Nurse RN - ER/Trauma in Boston, MA

**Job Title:** Registered Nurse

**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 Hours per Week
**Experience:** Minimum of 1.5 years of recent Level I or II Emergency Department experience and/or 2+ years of recent Level 3/4 Emergency Department experience
**License:** Registered Nurse
**Certifications:** TNCC, BLS, ACLS (must be active/unexpired)
**Must-Have:**
- Ability to independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips and identify heart blocks
- Pass a Telemetry Test on Day 1 with a score of 85% or higher
**Job Description:**
- Work various shifts, including 11 AM-11:30 PM, 3 PM-3:30 AM, and 7 PM-7:30 AM
- Flexibility to work every other weekend and every other holiday
- Flexibility to float to areas such as Psychiatric Emergency Department and Pediatric Emergency Department (caring for age 15+ patients in pediatrics unless with previous pediatric experience)
- Handle a patient ratio of 1:4-5, depending on acuity
- Must manage a busy Emergency Department with up to 120 treatment areas serving 350-440 patients per day
- Previous experience in EPIC, prior travel assignments, and critical care experience preferred
