What you’ll do
  • Partnering closely with leadership, the HR Generalist is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of Human Resources projects, programs, and strategies (communication, on-boarding, assimilation, talent management) in their assigned market
  • Works closely with the HRBP as needed on strategic HR initiatives that may include Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Diversity, Compliance, Onboarding, and Recruitment
  • Proactively addresses employee concerns, leads and coordinates any necessary investigations
  • Partners with leaders and HR colleagues to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for all new hires
  • Processes all unemployment requests, FMLA and Leave of Absences in an accurate and timely manner
  • Processes and maintains all worker’s compensation claims in a timely manner and according with the company’s policies and procedures
  • Keep abreast of Federal, State and local regulatory changes and ensure legal compliance
  • Ensures confidentiality and professionalism is maintained when dealing with sensitive and confidential information
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Three to five years of HR experience
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
