You enjoy working with others, are results-driven, and seek various opportunities to develop personally and professionally.The RoleIn addition to the description provided above (“The Opportunity”), this role will develop and manage key reports, program dashboards, and metrics needed to measure and ensure the success of our Program Outcomes, Project Plans, Experiments, and more:•Develop Dashboards, track and monitor program key performance metrics, proactively investigate deviations, and work with appropriate stakeholders to highlight opportunities and risks to the business, identify root causes, and come up with plans to mitigate deviations with the Program Director•Define and maintain structure, process, and cadence of program reporting to enable fast leadership decision-making and reporting to key stakeholders across the business and functions•Manage program key dates calendar, program deadlines, and program meeting agendas•Support HR Evolution PMO on key analysis, meeting preparations, and follow-up on key meeting actions•Manage program documentation, artifacts, and reports•Independently drive and lead program initiatives such as program team health surveys, stakeholder interviews, data analysis, and synthesize findings into concise messages•Liaison and communicate effectively with senior leadership and project stakeholders, influence the organizations to move forward with their key actions•Identify key areas of improvement across the organization and make actionable recommendations•Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societiesQualifications:Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:· Experienced project management, planning, coordination, and organizational skills· Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SmartSheet or other Project Management tool and experience in developing dashboards in other cloud-based tools· Excellent analytical skills: ability to provide reports, analyze data, draw conclusions, and provide data-driven recommendations· Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment, apply continuous improvement and innovative mindset· Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and attend to details while staying focused on key priorities· Ability to confidently interact with senior management as well as create trusting working relationships and partnerships at all levels of the organization· Positive attitude, strong results orientation and high degree of initiative and responsiveness· Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skillsMinimum Qualifications:· Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study· 3 years of relevant work experience· Previously have led multiple projects· Experience with project management tools· Experience in Excel modeling and business case buildingPreferred Qualifications:· Working in a fast-paced environment and familiar with agile concepts· Experience in tracking, monitoring, key initiatives, and workstreams· Proven expertise in leading, designing and deploying digital HR transformation projects in a global, complex organizationPrimary Location: US-IL-ChicagoOrganization: Hyatt Corporate Office, ChicagoPay Basis: YearlyJob Level: Full-timeJob: Human ResourcesReq ID: CHI014120Hyatt is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
