We are looking for an experienced and driven Account Manager to join our team.

Position Overview:

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of law firm clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and help them achieve success. Legal experience is preferred, but strong candidates with a background in account management and business development in related industries are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of law firm clients, acting as their primary point of contact.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and actively pursue new business.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive exceptional service and support.

Provide strategic advice to clients, helping them navigate business challenges.

Develop and implement account management plans to ensure client retention and satisfaction.

Track and report on key performance metrics related to client accounts and business development efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Previous experience in account management, sales, or business development.

Legal industry experience preferred, but not required.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
