Recognized for their dedication to the trades, often developing products in direct response to the unique challenges faced by workers in the field. They are seeking to hire a Product Manager who will help manage the tactical execution details on product categories and introductions for their international customers.

Role requirements

  1. Experience in product management, preferably with a background in test and measure equipment or durable goods.
  2. International experience or familiarity with international markets is highly desirable.
  3. A technical degree, such as electrical engineering, is preferred but not mandatory. An MBA is considered a plus.
  4. Strong understanding of product development, pricing, and positioning strategies.
  5. Ability to work in a small, growing team and adapt to various projects and responsibilities.
  6. Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 25% travel, or two weeks per quarter).
  7. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Company offers a hybrid schedule - in office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and home Monday and Friday.
