We are a group of licensed home healthcare agencies providing comprehensive home healthcare solutions to clients in multiple states.To support the business, we offer a unique rewards program for our caregivers via an affiliate, which benefits currently includes beauty salon services. This role is to lead the program into substantial growth and to break new ground using your skills and experience to enhance the rewards program and assure alignment with broader business goals.


Job Summary:

The Program Director, reporting to our senior leadership, will develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with the broader goals of the rewards program with our businesses, focusing on scalability and sustainability. This exciting position requires a dynamic and experienced operator who has demonstrated the ability to build and lead a successful hospitality/spa/benefits/perks/rewards program and balance strategic thinking with a focus on execution -an entrepreneurial mindset is a must!


Responsibilities:

The Program Director will be responsible for leading strategic planning across the rewards program, spearheading the expansion of the program, ensuring superior customer service, introducing new engagement tools, services, and offerings to enhance caregiver satisfaction and engagement, managing staffing and partnerships, and overseeing day to day operations at each of our facilities. The Program Director will collaborate with internal teams to innovate and design new rewards, perks and benefits tailored to the needs of our caregivers, ensuring a comprehensive and appealing product lineup. The Program Director will also utilize technology solutions to streamline service delivery, enhance user experience, and manage the program efficiently.


Duties include:

  • Regular travel to all our locations
  • Night and weekend work as needed to accommodate our caregivers
  • Strong, analytical problem solving
  • Knowledge of marketing and business operations, including providing analytical reporting and ability to develop and implement marketing and product initiatives
  • Self-starter
  • Ability to work collaboratively across business functions and geographies
  • Ability to take initiative as appropriate
  • Creating thinking and flexibility, multi-tasking and handling pressure in fast-paced environment
  • Time management kills and ability to prioritize are essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working with MicroSoft software suite


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in developing and leading a hospitality rewards, benefits or perks program, or similar experience in salons, spa management or similar.
  • You are motivated by supporting the home health care industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $115,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
