Senior Business Analyst

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in accessing software and organizational requirements to propose recommendations.
- Experience in requirement gathering and converting general business terminology into specification documents.
- Ability to facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews with stakeholders in the project.
- Good understanding of IT Asset management and ITIL processes for best practices.
- Experience with IT asset management workflow design and ability to prepare process flow diagrams, job aids, and documentation.
- Experience in software quality assurance, including testing methodologies, test case creation, and defect tracking.
- Good understanding of relational databases and data-driven software design.
- Experience in data analysis and report creation.
- Knowledge of BMC Remedy, IBM Maximo, and IT Asset Management is preferable.
