**Experience:** Minimum 2 years in Level 3 or 4 NICU

**Certifications:** Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
**Must-Have:** Willingness to work holidays, including either Christmas Eve and Day or New Year's Eve and Day, as well as Thanksgiving or the day after.
**Job Description:**
- Provide specialized care for high-frequency oscillator, conventional ventilator, SiPAP, NIPPV, bubble CPAP.
- Administer multiple drips/medications and manage PICC lines, UAC/UVC lines.
- Adapt to patient and unit needs during shift changes, including managing acute changes.
- Admit very low birth weight infants (23-28 weeks gestation).
- Discharge patients with complex medical needs.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality neonatal care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
