We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst consultant to support the Measurements & Lab product team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with business partners, product/platform owners, and subject matter experts to solve complex business problems and deliver value using a scrum agile framework. This role will focus on leading agile projects and efforts while ensuring support of our critical business functions. The role will ensure solutions are reliable, secure, and aligned with enterprise technologies. Responsibilities include leading critical projects, resolving problems, delivering value-added enhancements, gathering, and documenting business requirements, and the coordination of users testing. A successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and high work standards.
Skills
• Experience supporting critical applications, including COTS, custom, and SaaS preferred.
• Experience with Service Now, Azure DevOps and Scrum Agile framework preferred.
• Strong SQL and intermediate reporting skills (Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, Oracle BI, Crystal Reports, etc.) required.
• Must be a highly skilled communicator, collaborator, and critical thinker.
• Strong written and verbal skills is a must.
• Ability to lead within a small team.
• Must be highly skilled in other core competencies of the position.
