General Statement of Duties

Essential Duties

• Responsible for arranging and running team practices and orchestrating various events throughout the school year
• Responsible for organizing a successful team tryout
• Possible fundraising

Minimum Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to manage the Step Team through previous experience as a coach or member of a step and/or dance team
