We are hiring for our client, a prestigious law firm. We’re seeking a Hospitality Coordinator to ensure a first-class experience for our clients, visitors, and employees.



Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees.
  • Coordinate conference room bookings, meeting setups, and catering needs.
  • Assist with office services such as mail, deliveries, and maintaining common areas.
  • Manage guest arrivals, ensure security protocols are followed, and offer a welcoming experience.
  • Support internal events and client meetings by coordinating hospitality needs.


Qualifications:


  • Experience in hospitality, front desk, or office coordinator roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with poise and professionalism.
