Position Overview:
We are seeking several immigration attorneys to join our Dallas, TX, Irving, TX and Falls Church, VA offices. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in immigration law or a passionate desire to support the immigrant community. We value organization, sociability, and a willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, as our client base is diverse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and representation in various immigration matters.
- Manage cases from inception through resolution, including client consultations, legal research, and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with a team of dedicated professionals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and policies.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM degree and active bar license from any U.S. state or Puerto Rico.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).
- Experience in immigration law is preferred, but recent law graduates with an active bar license will also be considered.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts, Monday – Friday
