IT Project Engineer (Managed Services)

Position Overview
Our current opening is for an IT Project Engineer (Managed Services) who has previously worked for an MSP. This is a primarily WFH role that only requires you to come into our Chicago office every 4 to 6 weeks. As an IT Project Engineer (Managed Services), you will focus on Networking projects primarily using Fortinet and Meraki, with secondary projects focused on Windows Server, M365, and Azure.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain complex network and system infrastructures for clients.
- Manage and troubleshoot network configurations, including firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs.
- Lead M365 email migrations.
- Advanced experience with troubleshooting, management, and deployment of Fortinet and Cisco Meraki.
- Provide advanced support for Windows Server, virtual environments (VMware and Hyper-V), and Azure.
- Azure Entra ID, Intune, VM, and Virtual Networking experience.
