Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is $100-140k per year commensurate with experience plus bonus.

Job Duties
Supervisory Responsibilities (25%)
- Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
- Responsible for approval of expense reports.
- Facilitates weekly Sales meeting.
- Ensures that the Sales Team compliantly meets or exceeds performance targets.
- Leads the development and implementation of Salesforce CRM metrics, dashboards, and performance targets.
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
- Uphold the company’s mission to provide exceptional patient care.
- Other duties as assigned.
Sales/Sales Responsibilities (75%)
- Represent and market the Company’s services to the business and insurance community.
- Maintain existing business relationships to promote the consultative, efficient delivery of health services to patients and clients.
- Assist the Sales Team in the development of sales and customer service plans.
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan with the involvement of the Sales Team.
- Create and execute a customer service plan that identifies customer requirements and resolves complaints.
- Maintain and communicate accurate sales call records and documentation.
- Acquire and maintain an understanding of personal injury field and workers compensation regulatory issues.
- Maintain a current profile of the local market including demographics and potential customers.
- Represent the Company in local community and business trade groups.
- Attend sales meetings and functions outside of regular business hours.
- Other duties as assigned.
Motor Vehicle Report Monitoring
In the event Employee does not maintain the insurance coverage required under this Policy & Procedure, and/or does not maintain a valid license to operate a motor vehicle, that Employee shall not be eligible for mileage reimbursement and is barred from operating any motor vehicle in furtherance of Company business.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- High level of people skills.
- Knowledge of computers and applications.
Additional Skills/Competencies
- Prior sales experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective at developing and executing on Sales strategies.
- Problem solving and organizational skills.
- Typing at 50+ WPM.
- Working knowledge of word processing programs and spreadsheets.
- Ability/experience training other members of the Sales Team.
Physical/Mental Requirements
Sitting, standing, walking, reaching above shoulder length, working with body bent over at waist, working in kneeling position, climbing stairs, climbing ladders, working with arms extended at shoulder length, lifting max. of 20 lbs.
