Description:

The Director, ERP Regional Business Development, is responsible for growing the business by establishing new business and maintaining relations with current customers and will assist in the expansion and advancement of our existing ERP practice. The role will focus on the acquisition of new customers, leveraging networks and relationships to develop leads and secure new ERP business opportunities.

Essential Job Functions:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. ERP sales experience: Workday, Infor, UKG, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, and CRM solutions are a plus.
  2. Build and expand business relationships with current and potential clients.
  3. Prospect, target, and initiate a plan to approach potential clients through a variety of means including identifying and qualifying opportunities; coordinating business generating activities; developing and implementing customized sales strategies.
  4. Collaborate with practice leaders, recruiting, sales, and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
  5. Become familiar and understand client needs to provide solutions and support; answer potential client questions and follow-up call questions; respond to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
  6. Create informative presentations; present and deliver information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, conferences, and internal training event opportunities.
  7. Create and maintain a list/database of prospective clients, maintaining a database of prospective client information using our existing CRM solution.
  8. Meet all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, interviews, and client visits; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
  9. Maintain a pipeline of all sales administration and opportunities using our existing CRM software and internal processes.
  10. Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting, maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.

Education and Experience:

Sales experience within the healthcare IT ERP industry is required.

Background and knowledge of healthcare advisory services and/or staffing regarding Meaningful Use, EMR, EHR, ERP, Business Intelligence and Implementation is highly preferred.

High school degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Location: Remote

Travel Requirements: Travel when approved for onsite visits: itinerary, meetings, agendas, and minutes.

Frequent: Sitting, walking, eye/hand/foot coordination and repetitive motion.

Occasional: Standing and bending.
