Full time Attorney - Mid-level Class Action Associate - Multi Office in the United States.
We are looking for a full-time attorney - mid-level class action associate to join our team in multiple locations across the United States. The ideal candidate will have experience in Lawyer, Class Actions, and Commercial Litigation.
Education Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Bar Admission
- Must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where you are applying.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.
- Experience managing a multi-matter docket.
- Experience with class action defense.
- Experience with complex commercial litigation, securities, and/or consumer litigation.
- Previous federal clerkship is preferred.

Physical Demands, Work Environment, And Other Requirements
- Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work primarily involves sitting. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.

Pay Transparency
In accordance with California, New York, Washington DC, and Washington's Pay Transparency Law, the pay range for this position, if hired to work in these locations, is $310,000 to $365,000 per year. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will depend on various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
