Mold/Odor Production Manager

Job Position Description:

With a ‘One Team’ mentality, manage production crews and mold/odor job assignments as assigned while following PuroClean production guidelines. Assign and coordinate jobs with the production crew, keeping the General/Operations Manager and Owner updated on all aspects of production. Supervise scheduling, coordination requirements for the job, completing job files and monitoring jobs from start to completion, ensuring the highest quality of service for every mold/odor job. Completing documentation in a timely manner and maintaining production costs at the established rate. Responsibilities:

  1. Managing Customer Satisfaction and representing the brand
  2. Effectively oversee all aspects of the production processes and customers’ needs
  3. Identifying areas for improvement and managing relationships with centers of influence
  4. Managing production, pricing schedules, estimate details & coordinating with GM/Owner
  5. Leaving jobsites with an orderly appearance and follow uniform and policy guidelines
  6. Communicating and managing customer concerns with GM/Owner effectively
  7. Maintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard
  8. Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians

Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of experience in the restoration industry is a must
  2. IICRC Mold certification and TX state mold license would be a huge plus
  3. Experience in equipment, asset, and financial management
  4. Management skills, being a team leader
  5. Experience using softwares of the industry: Dash, Xactimate, Encircle, Symbility, DocuSketch
  6. Understanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage them on site and while traveling
  7. Aptitude with record keeping, recording information and communicating ‘the message’
  8. Ability to identify areas of opportunity among teammates, coaching for growth
  9. Strength in team building and establishing lasting relationships with clients and teammates
  10. Speaking fluently Spanish would be a great advantage
