Administrative Support

  • Personify our warm and inclusive environment as the first point of contact people meet when entering our Salt Lake City (Sandy) HQ.
  • Provide support in resolving employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate HR team member, when necessary.
  • Assist the HR team with a variety of administrative duties that support our objective to continuously enhance our employee experience
  • Coordinate meetings, interviews, and events as needed.
Recruitment Support
  • Support the recruitment process by sourcing, posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and screening/communicating with candidates while Talent Experience Manager is on maternity leave.
  • Track the recruitment progress, including updating candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Conduct/analyze new hire and candidate feedback. Implement improvements, rinse and repeat.
  • Create and manage an annual communication calendar to drive LinkedIn engagement.
  • Assist with the preparation of onboarding materials and technology to ensure new hires are equipped for a smooth start prior to day 1. Partner with managers to create a thoughtful and welcoming onboarding plan.

  • Manage the tracking, coding, and reconciliation of HR invoices.
  • Support the benefits onboarding process by tracking new employee benefits enrollments.
  • Collaborate with the Benefits Manager to create reporting and filings.
What You've Accomplished
  • Previous experience with HR technology such as Greenhouse or similar ATS, Employee Navigator or similar benefits platform, and Payroll/HRIS.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including proficiency in excel.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional demeanor and the ability to build trusting relationships and maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
