As a Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be hunting and closing new business, following a strategic sales plan tailored for success. Your daily toolkit will include leveraging lists, social media, email, telemarketing, and personal connections to generate and nurture leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Hunt & Close: Drive new business acquisition by effectively utilizing sales tools and strategies.
  2. Promote & Represent: Showcase The Armstrong Company’s services across New England and nationally. Amplify our brand presence on social media and engage actively in associations and networking events.
  3. Strategic Thinking: Develop and present compelling proposals to win business, thinking strategically on behalf of clients.
  4. Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and team members.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of direct sales experience required.
  2. Experience creating and acting on a sales plan.
  3. Embrace technology and use of a CRM tool.
  4. Exceptional listening skills along with strong communication both oral and written.
  5. Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
  6. Self-motivated, strong work ethic with natural curiosity.
